The Long Version
Hi. I'm Jillian.
I'm Jillian, and what I do for a living is architect businesses and the lives behind them. I build, I invest, I advise, I travel, I write, and I do all of it from the west coast of Puerto Rico, where I moved my family a few years ago after I figured out the work was supposed to be in service of the life, not the other way around.
My work sits across four pillars. The business itself, which is Build. How you finance it, which is Fund. How you actually run it day to day in 2026, which is Run. And the life it's all supposed to be for, which is Live. Every piece of what I do, from the advisory work to the podcast to the businesses I run, maps to one of those four.
The shorter version of how I got here: I spent two decades as a securities attorney before I sold my firm. I helped clients raise hundreds of millions of dollars in private capital across real estate and other asset classes. I worked with some of the most ambitious operators I'd ever met. And then one day I looked at my own life and realized I'd helped a lot of other people architect what they wanted while never doing it for myself. So I sold the firm, moved the family, built a luxury outdoor event venue in Rincon, co-founded Last Life Ever with my friend Jeff Holst, launched Capital on Command (under my parent platform Entrepreknew) for capital raisers who needed the authority piece nobody had taught them, and quietly started trading my own options book on the side because I wanted cash flow that wasn't tied to anyone else's calendar.
These days I advise a small number of operators each quarter, I speak at the events that fit, I host a podcast (and I'm launching another one), and I write a weekly newsletter for the people building the next version of their business and their life. I work at the intersection of capital, AI, real estate, and intentional living, which sounds like a lot when you write it out, and most days it is.
If any of that sounds like your kind of conversation, the doors are clearly marked.
