We work on aligning your business model with your lifestyle goals, the operator-to-owner transition, organizational structure, and the parts of building a business that most people skip until they are forced to fix them. This is the track I built for myself before I packaged it for clients. I take very few people through it because the work requires real depth.

Fund — Capital strategy.
For sponsors, fund managers, and operators raising private capital who want to do it properly.
We work on Reg D and Reg A strategy, fund formation architecture, your investor story and deck, the capital stack itself, your compliance posture, and the investor acquisition systems that turn one raise into a pipeline of repeat investors. The legal and regulatory side of this work is my deepest area of expertise after two decades of securities law practice, which means we move faster than most advisory engagements because we do not have to outsource the structural thinking every time a regulatory question comes up.
Format: project-based for a specific raise, or quarterly retainer for an ongoing fund.
Live — Life design and geographic strategy.
For operators thinking about geographic strategy, Puerto Rico, international structuring, or building a business that travels with them.
We work on geographic and tax strategy including Puerto Rico Act 60 and international structuring where it makes sense, the logistics of running businesses across multiple locations, family architecture (including worldschooling and travel with kids), and the lifestyle design that makes the whole thing sustainable instead of exhausting.
Format: 1:1 strategy sessions on a specific question, or ongoing advisory for the bigger picture work.
